All Harricana & Canadian Hat accessories are guaranteed one year. The warranty covers hardware failure, rips in the seams or other abnormal wear for one year. Within a year we will try to repair any defects whatsoever, otherwise we will exchange it. This warranty does not apply to the consequences of accidents, negligence, or breach of the maintenance. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as contact with materials-marking, excessive friction or weather.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase you made in-store, it will be a pleasure for us to exchange it as soon as possible. NO REFUND ACCEPTED. We accept exchange in 15 days following the day of your purchase. You must have in hand the original receipt, tags and packaging. Beyond this period no exchange will be possible. RETURN PROCESS (Web)
Before returning an item, please contact us by phone at 514-282-1616 or by email at email@example.com Then, we will give you a refund autorisation number (RA#) that you must write on the return box. Any items returned must be sent at your expense to the Harricana store and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any damaged product will not be refunded or exchanged even if it is returned within the proscribed period. All items under guaranty will be redirected at our cost.

Duties and Taxes
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.
Duties and taxes are not included, your package will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
Shipping cost and delivery time
We are shipping with Poste Canada and require a signature upon delivery for safety. Please note that it is imperative that delivery documents be signed upon reception. Please be aware, without reception from your side, your package will be returned to Harricana and additional delivery fees will be charged in order to resend the package.

Orders are usually proceeded within 48hours after being placed.
To return an order, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within14 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
Please note that final sales are not eligible for a return.
Harricana reserves the right to reject return if it is not following our return policy. Returns that do not respect our return policy will be send back at the initial shipping address at your discretion.

Free returns from Canada
Send us your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you a return number and a prepaid return label.

For shipping safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Once we received your item, we can exchange your item with an other product at a same price. Please notice if the item you have selected is more expensive we will request you to pay the balance.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed,a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

When stored in a bag or a box, your fur item can get somehow flattened, just like someone's hair after a long night. Simply brush it with a slicker brush to bring it back to youth!
We offer one year warranty. Items under warranty can be repaired or exchanged under one year.
Transport fees will be assumed by the client.
